It was one of our wackiest rounds yet in terms of voting. We had one runaway winner, everything else was super close, and then there was a FOUR-WAY tie.

The coveted "Least Coherent" win--congrats!

I think with this round I really noticed that there are two kinds of coherence. There's the simple drunkenness factor but there's also the story factor, meaning did the story make sense? Was there a beginning middle end? That kind of coherence. I don't think that applied to your entry, honestly, but when I was tabulating votes, I got the impression that's how some people voted in that category.

I struggled with a lot of categories!! And yeah, it was essentially a tie for 1st and a tie for 2nd. ROFL As close to one vote per entry as we've ever had.

Quite impressive with the four-way tie! Has that happened before? But they were all great, so in that sense it's absolutely fair with four winners in that category. :)

Personally I'm hoping for another Saturday, because as I found out last time, I'm simply too tired on a Friday night to really just let go.
And it's after all a bit easier to do warm-up in the weekend. ;) Then it's less important when the official post goes up, really.
Other than that, September sounds fine with me. :) (Except for the weekend 23rd-25th as it coincides with Fall Equinox)

I know we've had a few 3-way ties but 4 is definitely a first!

I do hear you about Fri vs Sat. We shall try to keep things like that in mind though I am sure there will still be a Friday here or there. I really don't know why the world doesn't take FWF into account when scheduling other events. SMH ;)

I will also jot that date down though we really haven't got very far with planning yet, especially since Shelly is away. LOL

Bwahaha! I don't know how I keep pulling off Most Coherent. I think this is my third such "win" and definitely my least-sensical entry for FWF compared to previous rounds.

LOL Congrats. ;) As I said in my comment to Daye above, I think there are two different kinds of coherence, broader plot--a story with a beginning, middle and end--or simply the rambling typo-ridden words themselves. I noticed more this round than any other how it seemed like people were voting in those two categories based on slightly different parameters, if that makes any sense. LOL

Both Shelly and I get lazy/distracted/hibernate so by promising we'll do them, we'll actually do them. ROFL
