how would they make alcoholic root beer/ginger beer? Make regular stuff and add alcohol? Or make regular beer and add root/ginger flavouring.

What does root beer taste of anyway? I remember trying it on a family trip to canada years ago but it was just really sweet.

I actually have no idea how they make it. Same way they make hard cider?

And googling tells me it's sassafras root but that's carcinogenic so most is artificially flavored. LOL

The closest thing in flavor is maybe Dr Pepper but I don't think you have that either.
