Hubby and I used to drink more beer and he even made batches of the stuff years ago. Ever since we had kids and started homeschooling, there just hasn't been the time to make more.
He never really liked mixed drinks, and when money was tight, we found that whiskey/bourbon goes farther on our budget, so we grew to like the stuff. We both like red wine, but that can get expensive, since we can finish off a single bottle at one meal.
