Thank you for this heartwarming comment! I've ended up choosing more and more marginalised characters, as they somehow resonate with me, and I'm thrilled I've managed to make you feel for these ones, even for poor old Binns, who was left out when they made the films. Remus is my eternal OTC, and this fic, too, turned out to be part of his story, which is full of lovely opportunities for OUCH moments :)
