That's true! And, I could imagine, less sweet, since the only sweetener will come from the Kahlua, and not also from the creamer. I've using this recipe for a few years, and even got my parents hooked on adding a pinch of it to their coffee in the fall/winter. :) (The spice blend is listed under pt.3, "Use pumpkin pie spice")
