I just came across a "recipe" that's basically to cut a seedless watermelon into slices, soak with tequila for an hour in the fridge, dip edge in sea salt and enjoy! I have heard that people salt watermelon in general so I can see how that would work especially well. (I just don't do tequila. *shudders* LOL)
