I haven't dared to proceed to the shots yet, haha. I'll go and try one now, in the name of science. ;) But I did get a small taste here and there when straining them earlier in the week, and the liquor tasted somewhat like Skittles still.
ETA: I've tried a shot of the red, the purple and the green over the course of the evening. They taste like Skittles of their respective colours dissolved in vodka. :) (Meaning you can feel/taste the alcohol underneath the sugary and fruity taste of the Skittles.)
