Thank you! :D Yes, Cycling RPS is definitely a thing, although it seems I'm the only one writing specifically about these guys...it's a tiny fandom in that there aren't a lot who write, but there are hundreds of cyclists you potentially could write about (the sport is around 150 years old), so things get spread out a bit. (Shameless self-plug, but my other, sober, fics about them can be found at AO3, I have the same username there.)
Before I started reading this fic, I checked out some pics of Domenico Pozzovivo and Vincenzo Nibali, so that gave me some imagery for the who-was-doing-what-to-whom hotness here.
Yes, they're not the worst looking people in the peloton. ;)
