P has a performance--but it's 2 hours in the car each way so I think I'm going to be able to chat with folks for a bit in each direction but the drinking part is the problem. If I'm feeling up to it, I might try to drink/write when I get back. I didn't want to postpone the event because the other options weren't much better for me.
