I"ll start with Remus Lupin since he's one of the two characters I feel I know best. He's a closed book initially but it's clear he's got a LOT of depth, and once you get midway in you realize you're probably in over your head. And the drink has to be something that looks a bit stodgy but actually gives you the screaming Mimis...
the Remus Lupin: overproof scotch (werewolves have extremely high tolerance), drambuie (which is made by the McKinnons!!!) honey, bergamot shrub (because we can; also the Forest). no ice.
