My next door neighbor reminds me of Ron. Not sure about the slut-shaming part but he and I went to the same HS (he was a few years behind) and is always talking about shit from school. Like, dude, it was 30 years ago! Makes me think of Ron in the epilogue, worrying about houses and just FFS, who cares? You know he still occasionally brings up "Weasley is our King."
