Just like everyone else, I love the parenthetical comments. They make for funny breaks in a story that I found oddly melancholy. Maybe it's the combination of guilt and desire so evident. Plus the moments of sweetness, like when Ron tucks Hermione's hair behind her ear and pulls up the cover.
