I really loved the details in this! Setting the scene in Bucky's sad little apartment, with newspapers on the windows and the lights that don't go off. Love that Natasha knows that telling Steve anything about Bucky's location means that he's of course going to go there immediately, and so she tells him and then backs off entirely to let him do what he's going to. All of Steve's thoughts when he sees Bucky again are <3 <3 <3
