The voting booth is closed! Winners have been tabulated! There were so many ties, y'all! Way to go! I desperately wanted to do a watersports theme for these banners but the internet failed me and only coughed up memes about surfing. *sigh* So I went with just plain cute instead. I suspect some of you might be relieved! :D
