Hey, everyone! How are you doing out there? Did everyone survive intact? We hope no one suffered any morning after ill-effects. :)

If you turned in your piece, by now you should have gotten confirmation from either sdk or myself. If you've emailed it in but didn't hear back, we haven't got it. Please send it in again! Our email is fwfdrunkmods@gmail.com.

You have until midnight EST Sunday to turn in your piece if you haven't already. Remember, no editing allowed! If you passed out before you finished a header, that's acceptable to add to, but no correcting or messing with the fics and/or art itself.

We'll be posting all pieces anonymously on Tuesday all in one go and then voting will commence! A post on voting will go up then as well, with all the details.

We are so excited to share all of the drunken masterpieces!! :D

Thank you! I'm fine. I just felt a bit guilty when waking up and realising that when writing drunkfic, I'd neglected another writing task... But despite a slight headache, I managed to write a poem for my parents' wedding anniversary, and I filled in the header and submitted my fic only after that. Now I need more coffee!

Our weather's not supposed to happen until tomorrow evening, I don't think (and I'm reeeeally hoping work closes early or doesn't open at all so that I'm not driving in it; I'm home again today, yay!). Right now it's still just snow flurries and cold.

I would love to say that I feel fine today, but fortunately (?) it's the sinus infection and not a hangover. Just sent my fic to the mods! Can't wait to see the fics on Tuesday!

I can't believe how drunk I got with just one drink! I guess that's what happens when you don't drink nearly as much as you used to. 🤣 I also can't believe that I was able to function long enough to actually finish something this time. I don't remember what I wrote, but I do remember feeling chuffed with myself when I hit "send" as if I'd accomplished some mighty task. 🤣

Now to nurse the headache. ❤

Hi! Miraculously I do not have a headache! I drank a ton of water last night and so think that helped. It was so great to be writing and chatting with this group again! Looking forward to seeing everyone’s masterpieces!
