I voted for March 23, just because I'm certain I could make it that day and because I think it's been a while since the last edition. :)
But really, I'll probably be able to participate either date in April also. However, I'm planning to attend a metal festival both days in May, so I likely won't be able to participate if those dates win.

As for "describe [drink] in comments", I have some mead I probably should drink soon-ish. And I found a créme de cacao in a liqueur-shop last year that I haven't really tried making any drinks with yet. That must be amended! ;)

That was one of the dates we'd had in mind initially but then weren't actually ready in time to pull it off.

As of now, April is looking likely, but we'll have to confirm it.

I also should raid my liquor cabinet and see what there's very little of or that sort of thing. Get rid of a couple nearly empty bottles (and make room for new ones!).

That sounds like a sound plan :) The problem is if you get a cool "limited edition" of something. For instance it turned out that my bottle of Bailey's is a salty caramel version. That's not one you just drink mindlessly (nor use in cocktails)...but how many different kinds of Bailey's can you justify having? ;)
