Not participating in this round because it's my husband's birthday weekend and it's the first time we are going OUT to party for his birthday since 2019 (his 2020 birthday party was scheduled for the last weekend of March and by then the COVID lockdown was in effect). I still wanted to drop in here at FWF to let all y'all know ILEITB even when I'm partying elsewhere...and to tell you what I'm drinking at this Greek restaurant where we are having his party. Because I am always one for trying new-to-me cocktails 🍸 -- especially if they are a place's "signature cocktail" -- I got the restaurant's signature Greek Mule (Mastiha, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice)...well, eventually I had two of them. Then my husband chose a bottle of Greek wine (Maleatis Agiorgitiko, a smokey red with soft tannins) and we split the bottle.
