So, I was about to initiate the use of my new cocktail shaker when -- DUH! -- I realized that I have no ice cubes. That is something I typically only have on hand when there's company coming over...and I stopped having company over in 2020 because COVID. Now I've gotta make ice cubes and who the hell knows how long it's gonna take for them to freeze enough for the cocktails.

Well, I'll just have to drink more straight liquor while I'm waiting for that freeze...and oh, write some fic now too. (I have decided what fandom in which to write and some ideas around the prompts...but less than a formed plotbunny.)
