mod question re: deadline

I thought the time limit was 48 hours from 12 Noon EDT (11:AM my local Chicagoland time), but if the deadline is midnight EDT on July 4th that's actually a bit longer....

I'm not always good at these time zone conversions, and the alcohol does NOT IMPROVE that.
