Somewhere around midnight, I had this wave of regret and just desperately wanted to beg the mods to let me edit the story I'd already submitted. "Let me fix it! There's stuff I want to change!" but I fought off the urge and went to bed. (I feel like I was half-sober at that point and half-sober is the worst mental state to be in.)
