Hey, everyone! How are you doing out there? Did everyone survive intact? We hope no one suffered any morning after ill-effects. :)

If you turned in your piece, by now you should have gotten confirmation from either sdk or myself. If you've emailed it in but didn't hear back, we haven't got it. Please send it in again! Our email is fwfdrunkmods@gmail.com.

You have until midnight EDT Monday to turn in your piece if you haven't already. Remember, no editing allowed! If you passed out before you finished a header, that's acceptable to add to, but no correcting or messing with the fics and/or art itself.

We'll be posting all pieces anonymously on Tuesday all in one go and then voting will commence! A post on voting will go up then as well, with all the details.

We are so excited to share all of the drunken masterpieces!! :D

I survived! I feel no worse than I usually do in the mornings. I did drink plenty of water though. I did wake up remembering what I wrote and going "Oh god, I wrote what????" and knowing how much was wrong with it even though I didn't read it after I wrote it or anything. I never seem to forget what I do when drunk. I even remember things I did when way drunker 30+ years ago, so that's a thing.

It was fun to let go for a little while and just write without too much fretting about it, especially since I've been knee-deep in editing my current WIP all week...and am still only half-way through with that.

I tend to have a pretty good memory when drinking as well though re-reading my fic is always good for a laugh. Occasionally there will be something I just cannot figure out what I meant. LOL

Hilariously, I just realized two of the weekends are crazy busy with a wedding and a show, so we can already plan to pencil it in for the 17th or 18th if you want. And if that doesn't work, maybe the 31st/1st of Feb. I'll stick a reminder in my calendar and have it pop up on your birthday. ;)

I don't even have a 2020 calendar yet, lmao, but either of those options is probably fine! We can pin it down Dec or yeah, like you say, on my bday! :) I'd say middle of Jan versus late Jan/Feb since it's closer to my bday. :D
